Abstract
The Humboldt Bay Harbor Recreation and Conservation District has submitted a management plan for a marsh/riparian habitat mitigation site located at the foot of Park Street adjacent to Freshwater Slough east of Eureka. A development plan for the site, a mitigation site to compensate for marsh and wetland habitat altered pursuant to coastal development permit (NCR-76-C-369), was approved by the commission at its April 12, 1979 public hearing in Point Arena. The site to be managed in accordance with the subject management plan totals 19.5 acres.
