Abstract
On May 10, 1984, the California Coastal Commission granted to Humboldt County Public Works Department this permit for development, subject to the attached Standard and Special conditions. Development includes the modification of the Buhne Point shoreline project, including construction of a 450 foot extension of an existing 1,200 groin, addition of an 850 foot shore-connected rubble mound breakwater, and addition of an additional borrow area adjacent to the South Jetty.
