Abstract
This is an initial monitoring report prepared pursuant to the Mitigation Plan for the City of Eureka Small Boat Basin Rehabilitation Project. This initial report addresses the status of both the mud flat at the Elk River mitigation site and the new eelgrass bed at the Small Boat Basin rehabilitation site.
