Abstract

Nineteen properties (22 buildings) within the Area of Potential Effect (APE) were evaluated for significance to comply with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. Determinations of significance were made pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15064.5 and National Register Bu11etin 15, "How to Apply the National Register Criteria for Evaluation." No properties were determined historica11y significant pursuant to CEQA or Section 106.

One property, the Senn Electric Building, will be demolished, but because it was determined to be neither historically nor architecturally significant, its removal will not result in a significant environmental effect. None of the other properties will be affected by the project.
