Dr. Natale “Nat” Zappia, a founding member of this Journal’s Editorial Board, was the Director of Institute for Sustainability at CSU Northridge. Dr. Zappia was a brilliant scholar, gifted teacher, caring mentor, beloved husband, devoted father, and a treasured member of the community. As a colleague, we were all saddened to hear of his passing recently. We were honored to have Nat as a contributing member of this Journal’s Board and deeply appreciative of the passion he brought to this project of inclusive scholarship in climate change and sustainability research.
