Bayside Mall Final Wetland Restoration Plan
Abstract
The Bayside Mall restoration Plan is intended to provide mitigation efforts in response to wetland fill impacts created by the construction of the Bayside Mall in south Eureka. The Eureka Local Coastal Program provided that certain wetlands could only be filled under the condition that a marsh restoration and enhancement program is required as an integral part of any permitted planned commercial development on the site.
