On June 17, 2011, the NRG issued a Decommissioning Planning Rule (DPR) in the Federal Register (76 FR 35512) with the rule becoming effective on December 17, 2012. The DPR requirements for decommissioning independent spent fuel storage installations (ISFSls) were codified at 10 CFR 72.30. Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) hereby submits this letter and enclosures for NRG review and approval in accordance with 10 CFR 72.30(b) and (c).
