Abstract
In summary, this study is an exploratory investigation of whether or not there are significant differences in parent-youth relationships as reported by delinquent and non-delinquent Saudi males of similar ages and backgrounds. If such differences are found, this hopefully will stimulate further studies and thought on (1) how much differences may influence delinquent and non-delinquent behavior and (2) how to reduce delinquent behavior by changing parent-youth relationships. (See section 2.3 for additional discussion of the rationale for this study).
