I am a locally born and raised Journalist in Humboldt County, and I enjoy reporting on politics, environmental, social justice and healthcare issues locally. I went to UC Santa Cruz and returned to raise my son near his Humboldt roots. I currently work as a freelance journalist and news photographer in Humboldt County for a variety of outlets, including the Redheaded Blackbelt as well as KEET-13 at PBS.
