Colby Kloehr is a sophomore poet currently majoring in Psychology and English as well as minoring in Creative Writing at Penn State University. He was born in Germany to a military family and quickly moved to Texas, where he was raised. He discovered poetry in his senior year English class, determined to write a sonnet, which his teacher discouraged as the assigned project was only to study one. Stubbornly, he burst into the world of poetry and never looked back.
