Bio

During her tenure at Cal Poly Humboldt, Sabriyya Ghanizada Mullins wrote for the student-run publications Lumberjack, El Lenador and served as Editor In Chief of Osprey Magazine. She has also written and created content for EcoNews and run social media for Surfrider Humboldt. Sabriyya has poetry published in heartbroken zine, an online magazine. At the time of this Issue, Sabriyya is pursuing her teaching credential in English and teaching yoga locally. Orignally from the East Coast, by way of Los Angeles, Sabriyya is grateful to the land of the ancestral namesake of Go'udin'i, for welcoming her into it's fold. Sabriyya spends her time writing, wandering and wondering through life with her cat, Chicken by her side.

I am a graduate of the journalism dept '22 and some of my staff members for Osprey, etc were also involved with Toyon through the English Dept.
