Gary Dean Engle, also known as Dean Engle or Gary Engle the Lesser, is a writer and future substitute teacher from the somewhat ironically named town of Pleasant Hill. He attended Humboldt State where he was published in this very magazine, though not under any of these aforementioned names. He currently attends S.F. State and is pursuing an MFA in Creative Writing. In his spare time he looks for coins people have dropped on the ground.
