Donel Arrington is a playwright, poet, musician, and filmmaker currently residing in Southern California. His play Afterthoughts of a Madman: Remnants of a Soul was staged as part of the Playwrights on the Rise Series. His play A New Day Premiered at PortFringe in 2016, and had additional readings in Asbury Park, NJ as part of the Black Box series. He has worked with the American Poetry Theater, and is currently a student at California State University, Northridge. His work has been published in The Seven Gill Shark Review and Toyon. His collection of poetry Musical Meditations was published by Genuine Press in 2014. He is a member of the Dramatist Guild and The Association of Los Angeles Playwrights.
