Abstract
The building under consideration for historic designation is only part of what once constituted the Seely & Titlow Co. complex which included retail stores, offices, stockrooms, barns, and warehouses. A brief history of the business and the other buildings is necessary for understanding the history and significance of the 10th and I Street building.
