Abstract
Past research has shown that non-White students in college suffer from higher rates of stress and discrimination than Caucasian students. Students of Color in predominately white institutions are at risk of higher levels of stress and discriminations than White students. An Everyday Discrimination and Perceived Stress Questionnaire was administered throughout the HSU campus community aimed towards students of color, particularly African American students. The goal of this research is to explore perceived stress and everyday discrimination of students of color.
